Tbh it seemed to smooth the power out more than anything, feels alot better than before .

Thats just how it was when i bought the car and i havent bothered doing the front lol

Had to keep in the end due to insuring a type-r being difficult until renewal

Its hard to decide really as they are totally different cars. Had the pleasure of driving both extensively and there are many pro's and con's like any car.

Depends what your after to be honest.

VTEC is fun, and the Civic is a nicer place to be, although a little harsh.

Then again cupra's have BOOOOOST and the german build quality, not that Honda's are bad though.
