Im in the process of sorting with Jabbasport

Problem being Mike who does the mapping is on a 2 week holiday after this week and they are rammed at the minute. Just waiting on a call now to try and fit me in.

Just really want it sorting asap thats all

Im not sure its to do with jabbasport themselves though or if its to do with me de-restricting the airflow alot more when i fitted the intercooler and pipework.

Obv more air mean it needs more fuel but not sure if it could cause this

Opens my eyes a bit about how important a wideband gauge would be though, i always thought it would mainly be crucial on BT setups lol
Wish i had one a long time ago as if it is due to the intercooler then the cars took a couple months of stick whilst running lean :(

AEM wideband is'nt big money
worth investing in.

the overall fuel can be increased with unisettings etc, BUT if this adjusts the overall fueling and lambda cruise adjustment may just back it out again.

what are your block 032 fuel trims sat like, and what is block 001 showing on cruising and idle's?

Can these logs be taken on the free version of vcds or do i need full version?

Something else to look into then ;)

Spoke to Mike at Jabbasport today, they are fully booked for sometime now, and he has a 2 week holiday after this week which delays things even more.

After speaking to him about the readings from the RR etc he is pretty sure its the fuel pump thats causing the problem.

Hes advised me to change to a LCR or equivelent pump and get a wideband and see whats really going on and go from there.

Luckily for me i knew a guy who was breaking a 200sx and he has a brand new Stack Wideband which he never fitted so ive took that off his hands for a really good price.

Going to get a fuel pump and see what difference that makes

If all is still the same then i guess the only option will be taking it to Jabbasport

Few new things to fit

First off a stack Wideband gauge kit

This looks a neat bit of kit, AFR and Lambda displays plus abilities to log the data etc

Fitted the rear brace this weekend, never got round to the front lower as ive spent most weekend messing with fuel pumps!

Car is sat with no rear seats in at the minute, brace looks rather good i think

Attempted to fit the s3 fuel pump but it looks like its fooked!

Couldnt get it to work at all, plugged my old one in which was sat in the footwell at the time and it makes its noise straight away when you try to start.

S3 pump wont make a noise or anything and its only reading 5v when i try to start the car, my old pump reads 12v

Going to try and exchange it tomorrow i think!

What do you have to do the the pump to get it to work? Iv heard the quattro pumps have an extra outlet you need to block off or something..

Im getting one from a TT225 which will be the same as the S3 i think

Yep the an extra fuel line on there which just needs blocking off

TT is the same as the S3 ones yer so you will need to do that too

Cheers mate, it that the only difference between fitting that and the LCR one?
I know you have to switch over the float to make the gauge read right..

Yer and they also have a smal 2 pin plug by the extra fuel line, ive read 2 stories on that though, one says leave it and the other says cut the plug off and join the wires together.

Not sure which you do tbh but my pump wouldnt work whichever one i did lol
