No it cant be that the slider is spring loaded onto the board..

It doesnt beep no its just sat on empty and doesnt move at all

When i removed the float and mini circuit board with the slider on from my old pump i accidentally bent the rod a little when i took it off, so when i clip the rod on its pulling the little slider up so the mini pins on it arent making contact on the board.
Gonna take it out tomorrow and sort it i think.

Yeah its working as in electrically connected and it beeps saying there no fuel.. but I reckon iv bent mine too coz its reading like 2mm on the guage for 10L of petty.. out AGAIN tomorrow lol grr and I thaught it was going to be easy lol

Yeah I dont fancy doing that again, such an annoying fiddly job! Glad its sorted now though mate, Iv had a busy day today of sorting out my rattly exhaust and taking off my intercooler to stick it on ebay.

I cant decide between 2.25 and 3".. I will eventually want to go k04 hybrid so I'm thinking 3" cooler but use 2.5" pipeing.
I have 2.5", it's well up for the job of BT power so K04 hiybrid should be fine too
You want to look for surface area, that's what's going to improve cooling more than anything.

Yeah I know 2.5" is the perfect size but I was going to get one of the toyosport ebay coolers like berg has, and they come in either 2.25 or 3".. bearing in mind I will be useing 2.5" pipeing I think it would be better I step up to 3" rather than step down to 2.25"..
If you take a look at some of berg's pics the cooler is huge so no problem with surface area

Ahh right I see well if you're set on that cooler I would go 3" and use a couple of 3"-25." redcucers on the cooler inlet/ outlet.

I dont mind lending a hand, ive swapped then in and out loads of times in the last week lol
I would actually consider the swap but ive just had 4 brand new toyo t1r tyres put on them 2 weeks ago lol that is **** luck though!
