Git water in both front footwells. What do you th8nk it is
inner door panels as the foam tape breaks down, you need to replace with butyl tape same as rear doors but i only did that when rear locks were replaced, the same foam tape is used under the pollan filter housing or anywhere its suppose to seal out water

just bought 3 rolls of butyl tape today, gonna do all 4 doors, pollen filter housing and the wiring plug housing at the drivers side under scuttle as i had that off when wiring in cruise control, back footwell is swimming atm and its constantly fogged up so time to sort it out.
when i did the pollan box i looked at that wiring plug housing and its raised up unlike the pollan box and looked ok but i didn't disturb it, so didn't bother but you may as well while there, may even give that a relook though as i was doing other jobs at the time

I can't even imagine the dream: easy saxophone tune AND dry carpets...!

Yesterday went for a quick stop at the supermarket and heard what sounded like water on a closed bottle wandering back and forward. Got home, opened the door, stuck a knife on the door's drain holes and saw at least 1 liter showering to the ground. ;) (But at least the water stayed inside the door - good boy Butyl!).
and them drain holes are big, i have taken of the bottom door seals before now and cleaned as they act as drainage blockers as they go over the holes
