inner door panels as the foam tape breaks down, you need to replace with butyl tape same as rear doors but i only did that when rear locks were replaced, the same foam tape is used under the pollan filter housing or anywhere its suppose to seal out water
when i did the pollan box i looked at that wiring plug housing and its raised up unlike the pollan box and looked ok but i didn't disturb it, so didn't bother but you may as well while there, may even give that a relook though as i was doing other jobs at the time
and them drain holes are big, i have taken of the bottom door seals before now and cleaned as they act as drainage blockers as they go over the holesI can't even imagine the dream: easy saxophone tune AND dry carpets...!
Yesterday went for a quick stop at the supermarket and heard what sounded like water on a closed bottle wandering back and forward. Got home, opened the door, stuck a knife on the door's drain holes and saw at least 1 liter showering to the ground.(But at least the water stayed inside the door - good boy Butyl!).
