i've just read through all of your thread, i like the work you have done to your car.
i like the way you have done the splitter, i have a splitter but not fitted yet, wasn't sure what it would look like on the cupra bumper, so am going to order another next weekend and try something similar to yours.
what is the name of the colour you used to paint your splitter and where did you get it from?

Thanks mate,

I used two colours to get the anthracite look of the cupra grilles. The first colour (main coat) is Rover hurricane grey from halfords. The second colour (light dust coat) is VW diamond silver also from halfords.

If I were to do it again I'd try and get a proper anthracite colour mixed up

i'll see about getting the proper anthracite colour mixed up, i'll let you know how the splitter goes since i'm using your idea, may take me a few weeks though as i dont get much spare time with girlfriend and work.

I'll look forward to see how yours turns out. I'm still not 100% happy with mine, but It'll do for now until I have time to mess with it

Nah i just got 2 people to sit in the back lol.
My kit is far too soft tho, so when i have people in the back it scrubs like hell when i put my adapters/spacers on, so i have to leave them off untill i get a bigger stretch on my tyres.
:cry::cry::cry:

wel man? apologies if it was already mentioned but wat paint did you use to paint your front 'S' badge red??

The first time I painted it I used red calliper paint as I didn't have any other red paint at the time. When I re-painted it I used a normal red rattle can....sprayed some into the lid and then used an artists brush to paint it.

Looks very nice...

Cheers mate :)
