I drilled a hole in the corner of the handle (inside face) and popped the LED into that. It's quite fiddly running the cable, but after that it's easy. I used 2 guides off here to help me...the door handle removal thread and the inner door card removal thread
 
Thanks Altech, the corsa boy in me leaped out a moment ago and found every single crevice I could ram an LED. Like the idea of interior and exterior handle ones though... :)
 
i adore your motor! ive got a silver fr, with a cupra bumper. since seeing yours with vrs wheels on im getting some! how far have u lowered it? cracking motor anyway mate

When I first fitted my coilovers I set the drop to 40mm front and 60mm rear. Now that it's fully bedded in I reckon the drop has increased to 50mm front and 70mm rear. Tbh it's too low for the roads around me so tommorrow I'm going to raise it 10mm....depending on the weather!!

I'm going to spray my wheels a different colour soon. Might do them a crazy colour, but I'm not sure yet
 
Loving what you've done with the LCR splitter, owen just showed me it today. is that an FR or cupra bumper I can never tell

I've just bought my 1st SEAT in the form of a MK5 Ibiza. I just read through pretty much the whole 20 odd pages and I had to say a big well done, I think you've done a bang up job.

I really like the custom splitter as well, I dont know a lot but from a pure asthetic point of view I find it very interesting and I like that.

The door LED's is a fantastic idea as well, mite get some white ones and try something similar, so long as it doesnt void my warranty lol.

If I hadn't bought the bumper already sprayed I probably would have smoothed out the fog recess but left the light in place...like the new Ford RS

Yep it is a problem, I think I might try and put a switch in the circuit so that I can turn them off if I'm sitting in the car with the interior light on.

It's still attached :lol:...I've scuffed it a few times and it's fine :)

It has grown on me, but it still bugs me that the middle section sits too far in. When I get some spare time I'll try and alter it. However I've got an idea for the front bumper which doesn't involve the splitter ;)
