I got a question for you mate, see the blue hose your using from the IC piping to the DV, I've used the standard hose that was already there and cut it, problem is, it keeps popping off, what size / dimensions is that blue hose as I need one.

Errrr you got a split R

I'm guessing 25mm as that is the size for the dump valve, but, it will need that 90 deg bend.

I didn't get on well with the split R tbh. Very fiddly to make sure it didn't hold too much or too little boost.

Mo that pipe was a bend I found on ebay, a company called Demon Motorsport made it, iirc it was a discounted end of stock item. 45 degree I'm sure 25mm as Lee says.

Fits well as a charge pipe.

Kineticz or R33f could you please tell me where are your nipples for DV and N75 located? Are they just above the turbo ?

I think Ive done something other way round !

Greesha, my nipples are, N75 closest to air fiter, then the next one is the DV, then the hockey puck PCV check valve.

What you done to yours?

Greesha you've fitted the elbow the wrong way around haven't you

My charge pipe and N75 valve nips are right above the turbo facing towards the front on the bottom of the bend, are yours on the top facing towards the windscreen lol?

Just had a compression test done 200psi across all cylinders after 4 cranks on each.

Also had this solution type thing put over the coolant tank and if it turns yellow the headgasket is duff, it didn't change colour

That's all great to know.

We did however find that the downpipe gasket I fitted two months ago is leaking again and causing overfueling! :|

well I bought that pipe we discussed above, cut it to size but it still pops off

I'm going to try a T bolt now... but intend to get it beaded / welded

Show us how you've done yours and I'll advise. I've just jubilee clipped mine to the DV, since the DV is beaded itself.
