Because theres 9 of them to hold it on. I meant dont over tighten them of they will snap.

I'm not sure they do white I had purple and blue with a white cover, that looked quite nice IMO.

To sell up or not?

Well I've hit abit of a brick wall with the motor... owned it for 2.5 years now. The turbo is now maxed and I have added all the mods that I can to improve it's power with this turbo. The Jamex coilovers have started to become abit worn, the drive can be quite harsh so I'd need to renew all the superpro suspension bushes etc. Power wise I would need to fit a big Garrett turbo... cosmetically I can't really do much else apart from a private plate for a bargain £250.

To sell or not to sell? Thoughts on it?

same position as you - maxed the turbo, need to spend big bucks for bigger gains translating to more wheelspin. same cosmetic position as you too.

thats why im seriously considering moving on to something a bit more powerful, and 4WD :D but i guess im still attached to the cupra...

follow your heart waj!

Same dude... Totally attached to the Cupra, invested loads in it for enjoyment and even now it gives me a buzz. I just can't see myself without it... how do you detach from that emotion?

My heart says keep, but my head says move on as it was a prefacelift model... Still only on 95k miles which is good for a 2000 plate. But nothing else has really caught my eye!

Sounds like you really DONT want to move on, but you think you NEED to move on....

.... if the car is reliable, and you love it, why move on.............. :) stick with the cupra

or think of it like this, if you can get good money for it now, you can sell it and buy something else you really fancy, once it goes over 100k miles the value will probably drop quite a bit meaning you wont get the same money back for it...if thats the case you might as well keep it till it dies at your feet so youve got every pennys worth out of it
