As Dave says, you'll get everything you need to fit, but more importantly (IMO), if it goes wrong, you have a company you can go back to who will sort you out. Although Ebay cores are alot cheaper, who do you turn to when it goes wrong?

cars in the garage as well speak getting itself a new clutch :D

I've asked them to take photos, and the guy wrote it on the worksheet which I signed. No doubt they will either take 1 of the old clutch only or just forget though

yea dollin has his uses :p or rose as it is now!

Mines in at Taunton Seat. The guys in there are friendly and helpful enough. Although they did say my front pads were 80% worn on the service. I had a look at the weekend...they only looked slightly worn from new! was absolutely loads left on them. If thats what they are at 20% they must be about 2cm thick new!

im sure rob will have some at the next meet ;)

really considering Anthracite wheels after seeing them on filbros and jonnyjonjons lcr's as they do look good. with the roof and spoiler done as on filbros, it looks really good. Tough choice as i like the standard silver to

best get the rest of you MOT bits n pieces done first eh? :p

new exhaust is ordered, so in theory is should be fine (maybe just need to change the rear indicator bulbs)

The dealer took some photos of the clutch when they took it out, will pop them up later. They printed them off, and emailed me them which was helpful :) The customer service at Taunton Seat so far has been really good. very friendly and helpful (although their technicians arent afriad of trying to spend your money)

this is what the job sheet said

Attend to clutch pedal poor and gears difficult to select. removed the gearbox and found the clutch plate has fallen apart (friction material disintegrated thus causing scoring to pressure plate surface)

no wonder when it went it stank of burning oil lol
