whats the best way to paint the wheels. I've got the standard multi spoke 16" wheels on my Leon Cupra. My car is yellow and i've thought about painting the spokes and the rims different colours. Is it best to strips the laquer first then paint them and finally re-laquer them?

Yes mate you will need to strip the laquire off and key the surface, otherwise the paint wont stick.

No i meant did you use a spray can for the wheels? I think i read somewhere on here that the hamerite red is a good match for the brembos. Just make sure its the smoothe type, im sure if you took your time you could just use a brush as i heard it levels out quite well, then sand down lightly and spray heat resistant laquer ontop.
