Still looks good mate, doesnt matter about the outlet pipe "bodge" :) as you cant see it and if it works fine, who cares, its doing its job ;) Does the wheel rub on the allards pancake replacement pipe when on full lock mate??

It did initialy but its now out of the way, however it now hits the drop link. Yeh i agree about the outlet pipe, as long as its stable and doesnt pop off all should be well :D

Well that's Impressive to know you can get a standard turbo that high, makes me feel safer about my 190bhp. My main passion is bikes and although I could never drive a car that was boring or, slugish I do like to keep it running well within it's self. I bet the Hybrid and remap will take it to a different level and If I had the cash to spend is something I would love to try.

Well i'll have to get the accurate figures up in december after i have a go on awesomes rollers but i think 200 is probably the highest i can hope for, with a hybrid you could expect about 225bhp+ judging from what results rstuning in leeds gets, Crazy! :-s

MJ did you have any fitting issues with the coolant hoses? Which ones were tricky to replace?

The worst one is the one behind the dipstick, which also runs very close to the fans if not properly secured (top rad hose from the block), and the one that goes from the egr cooler to the header tank can be problematic but i just removed the cooler and had done with it.

Best advice i can give is ditch all the "mickey mouse" clips and get jubilees for all the hoses you intend to replace.

If you've fitted the allards intercooler pipe kit then this'll be childs play compared to that.

When you fitted your turbo outlet pipe from sfs, i take it you got the metal connector that connects to the turbo from sfs, you know the one im on about?? Did you have to grind anything away to fit, or was it a easy straight fit??

Far from it mate, i had to remove the pipe, grease up the seal, remove the horse shoe clip and sqeeze the connector in with a pair of waterpump pliers. Needless to say it wasnt the best fit but once its in it'll take some welly to get it back out.

Mine took loads of grinding away at the connector to get it to fit, tbh, mine still ain't properly in there and I'm still waiting for a response from SFS about what they are going to do about it as I want a better fitter connector. When I picked my turbo outlet pipe up from SFS, they assured me the connector was a straight fit, yeah right!!
