CF is correction factor, 0 is good it means there's no timing corrections (i think it's timings it would be correcting anyway) on that cylinder. Nothing to worry about there.

Peak MAF reading of 177.42 * 1.2 = 212.9 BHP - is your car remapped? 210 or 225 model? Actual boost vs. requested are meeting by 3000rpm so that looks OK to me too.

Was that with your new MAF or the old one?

EDIT - didn't read all the replies so just seen your car isn't mapped. That all looks ok to me for a OEM-mapped car. Bear in mind tho that the g/s x 1.2 = bhp figure is only an indicator, it's just telling what bhp your airflow is good for. Could be a split in your turbo intake pipe causing some of the metered air to escape, that would cause you to run rich, or a split boost hose post-turbo altho your actual pressure looks ok.

car is 225bhp version with a cone filter, bailey dv30 and blueflame turbo back with 100 cell cat.

And this was with old maf.

might fit my new t.i.p today and maf and log again to see if things improve

Hmm, should be showing a little more airflow than that then, maybe the MAF is on the way out. Agree, maybe fit the new TIP and re-log. I don't know much about the Bailey DV's, are they recirculating or atmospheric?

OK, also log block 030 which will show lambda readings, we can work out air/fuel ratios from this. That gives you four blocks to log, if you only do two at a time then you'll get more detail in the logs (more readings) so will be easier to spot spikes or dips.

EDIT - sorry, block 031, not 030

Looks fine for a standard mapped car. Btw, you dont run boost through the tip.

True, but obviously a split in the TIP would mean some of the air the MAF had measured would not be making it through the turbo. Thinking about it that's unlikely as that would show up in the actual boost figures.

right intercooler fitted what a pain in the ass to do. Not 100% happy but will do until i get the aluminium pipes sorted. Had to put the blue hoses on for just now as thought i didnt have enough pipe to then find the one i needed in my shed.

Need to wait till laptop charges then gonna try get a log. Changed maf over aswell to see if it makes any difference.

Peak Maf reading was 202g/s which * 1.2 = 242.4 bhp

That's looking better Mark, 242bhp pretty good result for a cone filter, TIP, FMIC and turbo-back exhaust :) You going to take it back to Wallace?

Gonna try get it booked in at somepoint to see how close it is to what I've estimated. Also tip isn't fitted yet and plan on moving filter as close to front bumper as I can this weekend.
