Well after thinking long and hard i think it may be time to move on so i may be putting the car back to standard as much as i can so i can trade her in or sell. Thoughts keep burning through my head and in the long term i just wont see the power i desire without spending a fortune. So when i get back photo's shall be online and selling shall comence me thinks. Its been an absolute pleasure to drive and love the car to bits but longest ive owned a car and time for more power, comfort and something german

Mark

Re: My Silver Lcr - Returning back to standard - Time to move on

Right change of heart and other more important things mean im keeping the leon. The bbs however may be being sold as tried these on the car with 15mm adapters and they stick out rather a bit. Shall put pics up when i get back showing this but i cant see it A-being legal and B-Handling well and no rubbing during compression.

Re: My Carbon bonnet silver Lcr - Now staying

No i have 15mm spacers smallest i could find and its a rather large poke. I shall get pics up when i get back as have them on my camera. But saying that this ash cloud even when im due off could take ages. Platform is now put a permit in for using the frog to put people down to boat. Superb 12 hour trip by boat and a roller coaster to get to it. :wtf:

Car battery was successfully moved to the boot of the car will get pics up soon.

Car also went in for an M.O.T last tuesday and failed due to 2 front tyres needing replaced due to inner wear, rear passenger spring being snapped sot thought radical time.

2 tyres were ordered and delivered to garage and also dropped off the V3's.

Now i didnt want to fit these as havent done the arbs but wasnt willing to replace a rear spring when i had these sitting so decided i would sort arbs after.

Been out offshore since so dont know how it looks with the coilovers but after searching the forum ive managed to sort out my problem

Neuspeed ARB 28mm has been paid for and awaiting delivery. Have a mad idea for this but shall wait and see.

More pics will be updated as soon as im home but things are starting to progress.

Next plans fit arb and intercooler then order a tip and its re-map time :funk:

Thanks for reading in advance

Mark

P.s before someone comes on here no the seats are staying even though they are a tone in weight lol

Aimed at anyone in particular? lol

Sounds good, try 20-25mm drop with KW's recommended bound and rebound settings, these are working well for me.
You going to be remapped before the 20th of June?

who fitting the coilovers for you?
who you getting to map your car?

Aberdeen Volks centre are doing the work.

Re-map wont be done by 20th ill be lucky if i am home before the 20th and if i am will be lucky to have the arb and intercooler fitted.

Was thinking of taking your advice about the remap and see the guy you were talking about for doing so.

And maybe my comment was aimed at someone in particular

Gonna go for a r32 front arb. Got a question for you d.k but shall pm you mate. ;)

I was going to go R32 but once you add poly bushes it works out close to the neuspeed one, Also with Awesome's 20% off the 25mm front one is only £160 ;)
